We have a system of 100% checking and labelling of all cut parts for right size, shape, defects before passing it over to the Sewing section in order to ensure the quality and enhanced production efficiency. Similarly all printed panels, embroidered panels are inspected being passed to the Sewing section.

All type of Prints Like Plastisol prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High density prints, Gel prints, Matt prints are made inhouse which gives the Value addition in the garments.

In order to sustain high quality we have a dedicated team of well qualified, committed and independent quality assurance department.

We follow comprehensive Needle and Sharp Tool Policy in order to assure product Safety. We follow our Safe Chemical Policy for ensuring safety of users of our garments and environment. We use only Azo-free dyes and environmentally safe chemicals in our products thereby assuring the best and safe garments for our valuable customers.

We have more than 50 sewing machines at work with a production capacity of more than 1200 pieces of basic polo's per day. Our ever-enthusiastic and ever-energetic workforce is always ready to take up challenges and have been doing a lot of challenging sew cut operations which have always won a good reputation for us among the clients. We have a policy of compulsory servicing our sewing machines at periodic intervals to ensure our proficient stitching quality.
